Job summary

CW Resources is seeking a hands-on Assistant Project Manager / Overnight Supervisor to support the Project Manager with daily operations and lead the overnight team. You will assist with unloading deliveries, stocking, rotating products, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to ready for the next day.

You will oversee night shift staff, coach team members, handle stock organization, and ensure safety protocols are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in grocery, warehouse, or similar setting.
• Familiarity with receiving, stocking, FIFO, and backstock organization.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and maintain a clean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift operations and stockers to ensure shelves are stocked and ready for morning business.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members and resolve operational issues.
