Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or higher nursing degree with RN licensure in MA; BSN preferred.
• Recent oncology/hematology experience is advantageous.
• Experience with electronic medical records (Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oncology nursing care and individualized care planning.
• Administer chemotherapy and supportive therapies per protocols; monitor adverse events.
• Manage central venous access devices and blood products per policy.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Document care accurately in Epic and maintain medication records.
• Participate in safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, social workers, and research staff.
