Job summary

Blackrock Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day transportation operations, support Class A CDL drivers, and ensure service, safety, and accountability. You will partner with dispatch, fleet, and leadership to resolve issues quickly on the floor and keep operations moving.

The role demands a hands-on leader who walks the floor, communicates clearly with frontline teams, and helps build a stable shift culture focused on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in warehouse/logistics with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA safety standards and safe equipment operation.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with leadership ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and warehouse software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver and operations activities to ensure routes are covered and service commitments met.
• Be the go-to resource for schedules, safety, and day-to-day needs for drivers.
• Maintain a visible presence across yard, office, and operations to support engagement.
• Coach and develop team members while reinforcing performance and safety expectations.
• Support dispatch plans, routing, and real-time adjustments to keep operations moving smoothly.
