Blackrock Logistics, Inc. in Palmdale, CA, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping are executed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

You will supervise a team of warehouse staff and leads, plan staffing and workflow, monitor KPIs, enforce Cal/OSHA safety, train personnel, and collaborate with transportation and customer service to meet commitments.

Competenze

Three+ years in warehouse/logistics; at least one year in a lead/supervisory role
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material-handling practices
Working knowledge of WMS and standard software (MS Office)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Cal/OSHA safety knowledge

Mansioni

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff across shifts.
Direct receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory-control processes to meet targets.
Monitor KPIs (throughput, accuracy, on-time shipping) and implement corrective actions.
Enforce safety policies and Cal/OSHA requirements; conduct safety briefings.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members; support hiring and disciplinary decisions.
Ensure compliance with wage-and-hour requirements and accurate timekeeping.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate cycle counts and reconciliations.
Collaborate with transportation, customer service, and management to resolve issues.
Oversee housekeeping, organization, and safe condition of facility and equipment.
