Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent of three (3) years’ experience in business operations or office management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately.
• Technical knowledge of electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: respond to inquiries and route issues up the chain of command.
• Register patients and verify demographic/insurance information; photograph and scan as needed.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers; ensure chart documentation is complete.
