Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred; Associate’s Degree in Business preferred.
• Equivalent of three years in business operations or office management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately; proficient with word processing and spreadsheets; EMR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Demonstrates professional courtesy and resolves inquiries.
• TECHNOLOGY: Uses SSH applications and reviews email/learning resources.
• ADMISSION/DISCHARGE/TRANSFER: Registers patients, photographs for EMR, and collects co-pays when required.
• SAFETY/QUALITY: Supports safe environment and regulatory compliance.
• PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Participates in required education and meetings.
