Responsabilités

• Serve as unit coordinator and secretary, coordinating nursing staff, patients and physicians.
• Handle receptionist and clerical duties to support unit operations and patient flow.
• Manage orders, admissions, discharges and bed tracking per SSH policies.
• Maintain unit reports, charts, and shift handoffs for continuity of care.
• Procure supplies and coordinate with Stores and other departments as needed.
• Promote safety and quality through adherence to policies and universal precautions.
• Precept and mentor new employees; communicate via the chain of command.
• Protect patient privacy and ensure regulatory compliance.
