Job summary
Exalt Health Rehabilitation Hospital Scottsdale is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead a team of RNs and LPNs in delivering high-quality rehab care. You will oversee patient care plans, guide clinical practice, and support daily operations in a dynamic acute rehab setting.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience, demonstrates strong leadership, and is committed to patient-centered rehabilitation and safety in accordance with current standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered registered nurse license in the state where practicing.
- BLS certification required by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- ACLS certification required by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- CRRN certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care: assess needs, administer meds, monitor vitals, collaborate on care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff: delegate tasks, provide feedback, ensure policy adherence.
- Support quality and safety: monitor outcomes, address risks, drive quality improvements.
