Night shift with a $20,000 sign-on bonus supports dedicated inpatient rehabilitation care. Candidates should have an active RN license, BLS at hire, and ACLS within six months.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel as a resource and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care aligned with hospital objectives.
• Maintain approved patient-care standards and coordinate with care teams.
• Support patient care milestones per individual plans.
• Document timely and accurately using EPIC.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data to guide care.
• Ensure orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient education.
