Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Florida.
• BSN or Baccalaureate in related field and CRRN nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees 24-hour operations within the clinical unit.
• Evaluates staffing needs per shift and adjusts to patient acuity.
• Promotes accountability and autonomy through primary nursing.
• Acts as resource person to staff and students.
• Ensures safety and infection control compliance.
• Facilitates orientation and ongoing staff development.
• Participates in nursing leadership and management committees.
