Exalt Health Rehabilitation Hospital Scottsdale is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care through all stages of the nursing process in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification a plus.
• CRRN certification a plus.
• 1–2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, and patient care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, evaluation and implementation.
• Assist patients with rehabilitation by supporting activities of daily living following established protocols.
• Educate patients and families about the rehabilitation process and promote self-care strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members for coordinated care.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and medication administration.
