Job summary

Fairpark Health and Rehab seeks a Night Shift Supervisor to lead overnight clinical operations and guide nursing staff, ensuring safe, resident-centered care. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain smooth operations and uphold regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has an active LPN or RN license with long-term care and some supervisory experience, and is committed to high-quality resident care and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/RN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly nursing operations and ensure safety for residents.
• Support and guide nursing staff during overnight shifts.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing on scheduling and staffing.
• Review nursing notes for accuracy and resident response.
• Support in-service training and staff development.
