Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight resident care in Montgomery Village, MD. You will supervise care teams, monitor health status, respond to changes, and ensure accurate documentation and medication administration.

This role requires an active RN or LPN license, nursing program graduation, and 1+ year in senior care or clinical settings. You will manage shifts, staff attendance, and transcription of physician orders while upholding regulatory

The Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) is a key clinical leader responsible for overnight resident safety, supervising care teams, and ensuring compliance with medication and documentation standards. They monitor resident health, respond to condition changes, evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies. The role includes supervising caregivers and medication staff, managing shift staffing and attendance, overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts, transcribing physician orders, and updating Service Plans. The supervisor acts as the clinical anchor during overnight operations, combining independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership.

Qualifications
