Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical authority. You will supervise care teams, coordinate shifts, and ensure resident safety while monitoring health and changes in condition.

You will document incidents, supervise medication staff, and liaise with physicians and families to maintain high-quality care during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settings.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage shift assignments and staffing gaps.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation compliance with regulatory standards.
• Liaise with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
