Job summary

Qualifications

• RN currently licensed with the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• BLS through American Heart Association, ACLS, PALS and NRP required.
• Trauma Certification required with one year.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; 5 years in an acute care setting; 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to senior leadership, staff and patients to ensure high-quality care.
• Identify barriers to patient-centered care and communicate them effectively.
• Evaluate issues, identify trends, and solve problems independently or with senior leadership.
