Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
• One year's experience working in a critical care setting: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing personnel and operations by making rounds and prioritizing care.
• Facilitates hospital throughput including bed placement and patient transfers/discharges.
• Supervises staff orientation and training and ensures quality of patient care across the hospital.
