Job summary

Regency Hospital in Oregon, OH seeks a House Supervisor-Registered Nurse (RN) to lead night shifts on 12-hour rotations. The role requires strong clinical leadership, coordination across departments, and ensuring high-quality patient care during critical post-ICU recovery.

Night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with flexibility to cover Sylvania and Oregon locations. Minimum RN license with BLS/ACLS; CCU/ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Acting as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Working with an interdisciplinary team to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs.
