Adventist Health Columbia Gorge in The Dalles, OR is seeking a Nursing Leader to oversee hospital operations and collaborate with the executive team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will make administrative decisions, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with Nursing Directors and other departments to support clinical function.

The role requires RN licensure in Oregon, CPR/BLS, ACLS, and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
• One year's experience working in a critical care setting: Preferred
• RN licensure in the state of practice: Required
• ACLS certification: Required for all facilities, except Behavioral Health

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing personnel and operations by making rounds on a regular basis.
• Assesses patient conditions and develops a prioritized interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Facilitates hospital throughput including bed placement and patient transfers/discharges.
• Supervises orientation and training of staff and ensures quality of patient care.
• Maintains unit staffing to meet patient needs while following regulatory mandates.
• Responds to acute codes and handles medical emergencies inpatients.
