Qualifications

• Supervise, develop, motivate and evaluate nursing staff.
• Assist in planning and coordinating 24-hour nursing unit operations.
• Communicate with on-call administrator during assigned shifts.
• Ensure quality patient care and appropriate nursing care decisions.
