Job summary

Southtowns Care Center in New York is seeking clinically superb full-time RN Supervisors for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts. You will oversee day-to-day clinical activities of LPNs and CNAs and interpret patient information to take timely actions, including medication administration and wound care.

The role requires NYS RN licensure, 3 years RN experience preferred, and current BLS certification. We offer a supportive environment with growth opportunities for dedicated nursing leaders.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff (LPNs/CNAs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, housekeeping, and security.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel.
• Administer medications and wound care as prescribed.
• Coordinate patient care with nurses, physicians and allied health staff.
• Maintain infection control standards and DOH compliance.
• document changes in residents' conditions and participate in care planning.
