Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience with staffing and scheduling in a 24/7 healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel and/or other staff scheduling programs.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative supervision of staffing for the Central Staffing and Timekeeping Office.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly nursing schedules in accordance with laws and Baptist Health standards.
• Lead the daily staffing call and collaborate with nursing leaders to optimize staffing plans.
• Ensure each facility maintains maximum staffing for full patient care capability.
