Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Arkansas to manage scheduling for Admin, C.N.A., Charge Nurse, and RAs while documenting absentee records and QA data for the QAPI committee. The role includes hiring activities using Exact Hire, interviewing candidates, and supporting infection prevention reporting.

The position may require coverage as Charge Nurse or C.N.A. and weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, active licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) license in Arkansas.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices, and procedures.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Experience with state, federal OSHA, OBRA, and ADA regulations.
• Experience in computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain staffing schedules for Admin, C.N.A., Charge Nurse, and RAs.
• Document absentee records and reprimands per policy.
• Compile and report Quality Assurance data to the QAPI committee monthly.
• Assist LTC surveyors as needed.
• Fill in as Charge Nurse or C.N.A. when necessary.
• Initiate hiring via Exact Hire and conduct interviews.
• Submit monthly staffing and health reports to ADHHS/ Infection Prevention.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
