Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Nursing Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator responsible for administrative supervision of staffing for the Central Staffing and Timekeeping Office. The role ensures balanced resources across the system and collaborates with the Transfer Center to meet capacity demands.
You will manage daily, weekly, and monthly nursing schedules in compliance with laws and Baptist Health standards, aiming to maximize campus staffing and patient care readiness.
Summary:
The Nursing Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator is delegated the authority and responsibility for administrative supervision of staffing for the Central Staffing and Timekeeping Office. The Nursing Staffing Coordinator will facilitate balanced resources and sharing of staff across the System. Collaborates closely with the Baptist Health Transfer Center to ensure adequate staff to meet capacity demands.The Nursing Staffing Coordinator is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the nursing staff in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Baptist Health standards. Additionally the Nursing Staffing Coordinator is responsible to ensure each facility has maximum level of staffing to ensure each campus has full capability for patients. Lead the daily staffing call and work with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure campus has the best staffing plan daily.
This job will be authorized72.00 hours bi-weekly.
