Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced RN in a leadership role to oversee nursing staff on the 7:00pm–7:30am shift. The position offers a $10K sign-on bonus and requires a BSN with strong clinical and administrative leadership skills.

The successful candidate will coordinate staffing, monitor patient care quality, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. A Masters is preferred, with relevant certifications and at least five years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN; Masters preferred.
• Minimum five years RN experience including two years in a leadership role.
• Active Nurse licensure in NJ and related certifications.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in identifying clinical and administrative priorities.
• Coordinate nursing staff and scheduling for shifts.
• Respond to emergencies and codes per CH policies.
• Oversee patient care quality and address patient concerns.
• Communicate with outside agencies and media per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
