Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant (NAC).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified in American Heart Association BLS.
• Demonstrates ability to provide care across the life span with cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Perform daily living activities and basic rehabilitation tasks.
• Maintain a safe environment and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Accurately document patient data in the EHR and communicate observations to the RN.
