Job summary

Regency Hospital in Oregon, OH is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for PRN/Per Diem Night shifts, with 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends. You must be able to pick up shifts at Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or 3+ years relevant work experience.
Hospital experience as nursing assistant or CNA certification required.
BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Bathing patients using basin-less bath products and assisting with oral hygiene and hair care.
Participate in hourly rounds and monitor patient needs.
Transport patients to and from treatment centers and assist riders in moving patients in/out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment (bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs).
Keep patient rooms clean and orderly; restock supplies as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
