Qualifications
- Minimum nursing assistant experience or completion of clinical rotations.
- Enrollment into Essentia Health Nursing Assistant Foundation Course within 30 days of hire.
- Completion of a recognized nurse aide training program.
- Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision to ensure safety and comfort.
- Take vital signs and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs.
- Safely transfer patients and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Report changes in patient condition to the RN promptly.
