Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Credentials: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience: 1+ year of work experience in direct patient care or completed CNA/MA/PCT training.

Responsibilities

• Follow nursing assistant plan of care under RN supervision.
• Provide patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, vital signs, and daily activities.
• Maintain safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Communicate patient information to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist other nursing team members as needed.
