Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• One of: CNA/MA/PCT training completed, or clinical lab simulation with transcript, or active/recent CNA certification, or 1+ year direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision by a licensed professional.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine patient care.
• Document patient information and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Support other nursing team members as assigned.
