Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Night Shift Supervisor to lead the night team and ensure high-quality resident care. The supervisor will manage resident plans, supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA staff, and collaborate with physicians to adjust plans as needed.

The role requires a nursing degree, TN RN/LPN license and prior nursing home leadership experience. Full-time, night hours available with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current RN or LPN license to practice in TN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and resident care on the night shift.
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with physicians.
• Ensure adherence to policies and resident safety standards.
• Direct Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
• Maintain timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure care is delivered as directed.
