Responsibilities include supervising staff across shifts, implementing care plans, authoring reports, and coordinating with clinical and custody teams. The role involves night shifts (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) and full-time hours in a secure facility.

Qualificações

• Three years as a Registered Nurse (commonwealth title).
• Four years of professional nursing experience providing care to individuals with mental or physical injury or developmental disability.
• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing and support staff and maintain coverage on all shifts.
• Implement nursing care plans, check vital signs, administer medications, guide staff to meet patient needs.
• Assist clinicians during examinations, deliver treatments and screenings, provide health education to patients.
• Assess urgent situations, deliver emergency care, and coordinate with clinical and custody staff.
• Document care in the electronic record, prepare reports, and ensure proper handling of controlled substances.
