Job summary

Maple Farm in Pennsylvania is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing services and oversee care for residents. You will supervise C.N.A.s, coordinate care plans and ensure regulatory compliance in a compassionate, safe environment.

The role requires an accredited nursing education, PA RN license, and willingness to rotate shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. This is a full-time, 32 hours per week position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing, long-term care and infection control.
• Strong leadership, communication and critical thinking skills.
• Customer service, teamwork and professional development focus.
• Must rotate shifts and work weekends/holidays as scheduled.
• May be required to work during emergencies; overtime may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services.
• Supervise certified nursing assistants and coordinate care plans.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Counsel staff and recommend actions to the Director of Nursing Service.
• Observe and enforce infection control procedures.
• Ensure resident safety and compliance with policies and codes of conduct.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and report care status to leadership.
• Direct and supervise nursing rehabilitation and restorative programs.
• Review new admissions and align orders with care plans.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities for the nursing department.
