Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services in Geneseo, IL is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the 3rd shift, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. You’ll join Allure’s skilled nursing team dedicated to resident-centered care and safe, respectful service.

Expect competitive compensation up to $34–$42 per hour based on experience and license, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $2,500 for part-time, daily pay options, tuition

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the physician or supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, treatments, and observations.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards.
• Participate in in-services and continuing education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
