Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident care with Administrator, Director of Nursing and other disciplines to ensure quality care.
• Ensure care plans are implemented and updated based on resident needs.
• Respond to call lights and communicate needs promptly; prioritize requests and ensure timely care.
• Complete daily rounds and provide shift reports to oncoming personnel with accurate resident information.
• Support survey readiness and quality assurance activities.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and effective communication and documentation.
