Job summary

Vivo Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift 7 pm–7:30 am. The role supports the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing functions to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates must hold a Nursing Degree, an active RN license in Florida, and be proficient in English with computer skills. Sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold a current, active RN license in this state.
• Must read/write/speak English and be able to use a computer for tasks.
• Must demonstrate knowledge to provide age-appropriate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing functions.
• Ensure staffing information is posted daily.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork among staff.
• Schedule physician visits and participate in rounds as needed.
• Maintain nursing standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
