Quality Correctional Care (QCC) seeks compassionate licensed nursing professionals for the Delaware County Jail. The role involves delivering comprehensive healthcare, administering meds, and performing intakes to assess fitness for incarceration.

Responsibilities include responding to sick calls, wound care, 14-day physicals, chronic disease management, education, and emergency response. Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN licensure in good standing.
• Valid CPR certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform medical intakes.
• Respond to sick calls and follow up with providers.
• Change dressings and perform 14‑day physicals as needed.
• Manage chronic care and provide patient education.
• Respond to emergencies and provide guidance to staff.
