Quality Correctional Care (QCC) is seeking dedicated nursing professionals to provide medical care in Allen County Jail, Fort Wayne. This full-time night shift role supports incarcerated patients with urgent and routine care, administers meds, performs intakes, 14-day physicals, chronic care management, and patient education.

RN or LPN licensure in Indiana with CPR required; ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in Indiana (required).
• Valid CPR certification (required).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform life-saving measures and lead in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and conduct medical intakes.
• Respond to sick call requests and coordinate with medical providers.
• Perform 14-day physicals and manage chronic care.
• Provide patient education on health concerns and safety.
• Assist Medically Trained Personnel as needed.
