Job summary
The Arlington is seeking a hospitality-minded LPN for the night shift (7pm–7am) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living setting. You will supervise CNAs, assess resident needs, and contribute to care planning while upholding high hospitality standards. Florida LPN license required.
Starting wage is $32/hour, commensurate with experience. This is a part-time night position located in Florida.
Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN license.
- Willingness to work night shift.
- Demonstrated patient care and nursing assessment skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Delegate and supervise care by CNAs.
- Document daily reports and care plans.
- Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines.
- Follow physician orders and nursing standards.
