Benchmark Senior Living in Salem, NH is seeking compassionate Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to join our caring team. Full Time Nights 11p-7a are also available, offering a supportive, home-like environment for residents.

Licensed nurses deliver compassionate care, assess residents, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Competitive hourly wages ($32.25–$38.25) and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Report changes to care team per state regulations.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinate care with providers via case management process.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Respond to emergencies and activate backup as needed.
