Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Delivers nursing care to patients requiring care, collects patient data, makes observations and reports pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
