Qualifications

• LPN license in Tennessee (unrestricted).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 1+ year preferred in long-term care or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policies are followed.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents.
• Assess residents, prepare and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information.
