The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A Tennessee nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Tennessee or multi-state license valid in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess patient/resident needs and monitor condition changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff as needed.
• Follow infection control, safety, and NHC policies.
