Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Whites Creek, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. This PRN role offers a new wage scale and the opportunity to provide essential daily living support to residents in a team-driven environment.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, coordinate dining services, document meal intake, and report any changes to the nurse supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification for Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and duties as directed by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documenting meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and inform about factors affecting work performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic form.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
