Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Night Shift House Manager to lead patient services at the Burnet campus. The role oversees staffing, patient flow, and safety, acting as administrator-on-site during emergencies and complex events.

3x12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with roughly 2 weekends per 6 weeks. Requires a Masters-level nursing degree or a BSN with a related Master's, plus 5+ years in healthcare and an active nursing license.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing or BSN with Master's in a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience.
• Current license to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for clinical nursing practice, patient care delivery, staffing resources, patient flow, and organizational situational awareness.
• Monitor patient flow and performance data; participate in system-wide improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate resources and provide guidance during after-hours and high-acuity situations.
