Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related discipline.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• CHFM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for team initiatives and projects, aligning with department goals and resources.
• Mentors and develops direct reports, promoting accountability and professional growth.
• Manages day-to-day scheduling, resources, and coordination with teams to meet timelines.
