Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Nurse Clinical Manager for the PICU at the Burnet Campus. You will lead a 30–40 person nursing team, oversee night operations, and coordinate staffing and scheduling while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role requires a BSN and 3–5 years of RN clinical experience with a strong pediatric critical care background. Previous leadership experience and collaboration across departments are essential.

Competenze

• BSN required.
• 3–5 years RN clinical experience.
• Pediatric critical care background preferred (PICU).
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse, precepting, or project work.
