Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care for assigned patients and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, upholding Mercy service standards, and ensuring professional accountability. A graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure is required;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS; ACLS; NRP; ENPC; TNCC; PALS; PEARS; C-EFM; other unit-specific certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain adherence to Mercy service standards and professional accountability.
• Meet unit-specific certification requirements as needed.
