Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adjusts nurse staffing to meet patient care needs across shifts.
• Leads, measures, evaluates, motivates, and counsels staff.
• Responds to code events and manages post-death processes.
• Models leadership standards and provides clinical supervision.
• Represents Hospital Administration after hours and initiates disaster response when needed.
• Investigates patient or family concerns and reports findings to risk manager.
