This role requires 1–2 years in clinical nursing, RN licensure, BLS and ACLS. You will collaborate with physicians, manage beds, support safety and quality initiatives, and mentor staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN license in state or compact license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff and delegate tasks.
• Evaluate staff performance and coach for high standards.
• Oversee patient care plans and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate care with healthcare teams to optimize patient flow.
• Communicate with physicians, patients, and families; manage handoffs and unit huddles.
• Monitor patient flow, bed assignments, and resource use.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and policy compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership and direct care when needed.
