Job summary
Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking an RN Charge for the Clinical Decision/Observation unit in a full-time, day-shift role in Tucson, AZ. - 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required
- RN license in state or compact state

Responsibilities
- Supervises and supports nursing and support staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities
- Evaluates staff performance, providing feedback and coaching
- Oversees assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Coordinates care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensures effective communication among physicians, patients, families, and hospital departments
- Monitors patient flow, bed assignments, and resource utilization
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Ensures training needs for nursing staff are met
